Let me tell you a little bit about myself

I am a graphic designer and photographer. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.

I’ve been always linked to photography, since my mother, a very well known artist was a photographer in Venezuela back in the 90’s. She was actually my first teacher, every new idea she wanted to perform, she would first try it on me. I loved being around her studio and watch all the magic that used to happen there.

I went to Graphic Design school twice. First, I went to the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas and then I got a BFA in Graphic Design at the Miami International University of Art and Design. When I turned 30, I had an extreme desire to study something else, so at the time, I decided to attend Roberto Mata School of Photography in Caracas and fell in love with photography for good. I thought that I wanted to be a documentary photographer but then I realized that what I was passionate the most was to capture the essence of people, doing portraits.

At the beginning of the pandemic, as a photographer, I discovered that I could express my emotions through flowers. This is when my project Flora started. Ever since that moment, flowers have become a part of me.

I currently live in Miami, and I am happy to show you my work, my passion.
